Amazon always carries out marketing campaigns for these dates, in 2020 it took advantage of the virality of its virtual assistant to provide a personalized experience to each customer, in which the customer asked Alexa about the offers there were for Cyber ​​Monday, and she showed them those that I thought would interest the user more or were more related to the user, taking into account previous purchases and the activity of each user

Dollar shave club is an American company dedicated to the sale of razors and male hygiene products. This company decided to use e-mail marketing to promote itself, sending this email to its newsletter subscribers. It was a complete success and achieved great virality thanks to its originality and the fact that it had a very clear and very concise message and a striking image.
